The mountains between 60-70 degrees north were optimal for databanks. Low seismic activity and cool air-temperatures were highly desired traits for such structures. Widely considered a success Databank-31 was the exception, winged rats-excrements corroded the circuits and the cats assigned were cumbersome and unable to catch the vermin.
